Full Terms and Conditions of Competition

By completing your details you will be entered into our Free prize draw. All participants will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.

1. Closing date for the Free prize draw is Thursday 31st March 2010.


2. The winner will be the entry drawn at random within 7 days after the closing date. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the closing date.


3. The main prize is a course of 10 driving lessons of one hour in duration, taken, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am to 5pm.


4. The Free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 17 or over, excluding employees of Karen's School of Motoring and its associated companies and their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.


5. No purchase is necessary for the Free PRIZE DRAW.


6. In order to gain more than one entry, participants need to email the competition entry to a valid email address, for each valid email address, the participant will be entered into the completion again (1 x valid email address = 1 entry into the competition after the initial entry.


7. The winner may be asked to participate with the promoter for publicity purposes.


8. The winners names will be made available. Anyone wishing to know the details of the winner should contact Karen's School of Motoring in writing at our address. Please note that only the winners name and specified county will be provided.


9. The winner must make arrangements to collect their prize and the driving lessons will need to be conducted in an area that Karen's School of Motoring actually teaches.


10. The promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw unless entries are gained through the 'emailing to a valid email address' process as described above.


11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the promoter.


12. There is no prize or cash alternative and no element is transferable.
