Karen's School of Motoring are looking to recruit highly motivated, patient and reliable individuals that are dedicated in teaching a skill for life. 

We only recruit driving instructors in areas where we have a demand of work. 

Because we don't flood an area with instructors, we are in a unique position to offer all our driving instructors a genuine contract that guarantees work. 

Karen's SOM is a well established driving school with an incredible reputation for providing excellent opportunities for those learning to drive and for their instructors to successfully develop further.

You will be expected to provide to your pupils the highest standard of tuition possible whilst exercising a professional approach at all times.

Current driving instructor vacancies

Karen's School of Motoring currently have vacancies for qualified ADI's in Basildon that would be dedicated to teaching learners around the surrounding areas, including, Benfleet, Laindon, Pitsea, and Wickford. 

Karen's driving school are looking to recruit highly motivated, patient and reliable ADI's who have a valid grading of 5/B or they may consider applications from grade 4 instructors who have the intention of improving their grades and would like to develop their career further.
